This traditional recipe with savoury pistachio nuts, comes from an ancient town in the heart of Italy. Created with finely ground Italian pork, spices, and marbled with succulent fat cubes, known as “lardelli”, giving Mortadella its unique sweetness. It is slowly cooked for at least 20 hours in dry air ovens and thinly sliced in order to deliver its unmistakable aroma and delicate flavour.
Ingredients: pork, water, salt, pistachios, sugars, sodium acetate, sodium ascorbate, spices, dehydrated garlic, spice extracts, sodium nitrate.
