This vinegar is made from a blend of cider vinegars, old and young, and cooked apple must.

It has a wonderful fruity aroma of apples and a balanced acidity giving a well-balanced, soft and rounded final taste. It is a wonderful replacement for red wine vinegar in your salad dressings, marinades and all other dishes.
