This balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a product of appropriate ripeness made in small chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry and juniper barrels. It is indicated in the preparation of multiple gastronomic proposals, very versatile for both national and international dishes.

Pairs well with fresh and boiled vegetables, salads, grilled and roasted meat.

Ingredients: wine vinegar, cooked grape must, caramel colouring E150d. Contains sulphites.
