In salads, on sandwiches, with sausages: any excuse is good enough to eat it.  All gherkin lovers will be delighted to rediscover them in a caviar format that's as audacious as it is delicious, where all the flavors are found, but with a different, delicately melting texture.

You can simply spread your gherkin caviar on wholemeal, seeded or white bread toast to suit your taste. But you can also add a few pieces of charcuterie or cheese to recreate this winning combination!
