In order to offer you an exceptional Greek olive oil, our Cuvée 02 meets the four criteria necessary for quality. It is extra virgin thanks to its perfect acidity level, monovarietal thanks to its production from a single olive variety (Koroneiki), cold extracted to preserve its taste and benefits, and preserved in opaque packaging to protect it from light.
