Wheat flour type “0” - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Golden orange peel 8%.
(Orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Natural yeast (Wheat flour type “0” - Water) - Candied citron peel 4% (Citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Fresh whole milk - Inverted sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Glucose/fructose syrup - Barley malt extract - Natural flavors - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavor.
Glaze 12%: sugar - Category A fresh egg whites from free-range hens.
