Thin, light and crisp gluten-free toast (baked twice like biscotti) and uniquely studded with fruits, nuts and seeds.
‘Toast’ is oh so thin, light and crisp, but what makes it unique is that around 60 % of the cracker is composed of fruits, nuts and seeds. Making it oh so fruity, oh so nutty and oh so - well ‘seedy’! Now made from a blend of gluten-free cereals.
Delicious partnered with cheeses such as Fourme d'Ambert, Stilton and Gorgonzola Dolce, but equally good on their own.
Ingredients:pasteurized egg white (egg white, acidity regulator: lactic acid, thickening agent: xanthan gum, stabiliser: aluminium sulfate), buttermilk, glace cherries (23%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant; acidity regulator: citric acid), tapioca starch, potato starch, gluten free oat flour, honey, maize starch, dried apple pieces, extra virgin olive oil, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), sea salt, natural flavouring.
Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
