A blend of black truffles from Piedmont, artichokes from Puglia and aged Parmigiano Reggiano from Bologna. Sweet & creamy, the distinctive parmesan marries perfectly with the heady truffle flavour.

Usages:

  • 1.Mix with breadcrumbs as a stuffing for field mushrooms or roast chicken
    2.Spread on top of a burger or steak sandwich
    3.Stir into mashed potato
    4. Spoon into sauces, soups and stews
