Join us at our shop for a delicious evening with Chef Alex Di Prima, head chef of NDG's staple Amerigo Restaurant. Chef Alex will guide you with his expertise on how to make your very own homemade pasta. Tasters will be provided, however it is important to note that you will not be eating your handmade pasta during the workshop. You will be given containers to take them home and enjoy them on your own.
