Apricots "Rosé de Provence" are one of the essential specialties of the House, candied whole artisanally in our Factory in Aix-en-Provence. This variety is recognizable by its characteristic pink dot that marks the skin of the fruit from the effects of the sun's rays, cultivated in the Alpes de Haute Provence.
