FLAVOUR: The Wyke Smoked Cheddar is rich and creamy but still has a slight crumble to it. The Cheddar is smoked in a traditional smokehouse for over 16 hours during which the oak woodchips get partially dampened with heritage Somerset cider rounding out the flavour.
HOW TO ENJOY: The 100g waxed truckle format makes it easy to enjoy on the go or as an afternoon snack. Pairs very well with traditional English cider.
