Made from organic cow's milk, Tomme des Collines is aged for two to three months. Its naturally dark crust is slightly flowering. Its beautiful dough gives off a slightly fruity taste.

Ingredients: organic unpasteurized cows milk, calcium chloride, sea salt, lactic ferment, rennet.
