      This cheese proudly bears the name of the family ancestor Alfred (the farmer) Bolduc. It is a farm cheese made of organic raw milk, cook pressed cheese, curded on wood board . Its sunset yellow rind has a pleasant wood smell. It stands out mostly by its supple texture and the complexity of fruit, caramel and honey aromas.
Ingredients: Organic raw cow's milk, salt, rennet, bacterial cultures.
