Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Serve with Pecorino or any hard cheese.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 11%, autolysed yeast, sea salt 5%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
