Mirthayú is much more than just a chocolate bar. It’s a rare experience, born from an exceptional micro-lot sourced from Gigante, in the heart of Colombia’s Huila region. Selected for their remarkable fermentation, these beans give rise to a deep, rich, and expressive chocolate, where every bite reveals the full complexity of the cacao.

Its name is inspired by a local legend—that of Mirthayú and Matambo—whose silhouettes are said to have shaped the mountains that still surround the plantations today. It’s a story of passion and the land, one that lives on in every square.

Tasting notes: Citrus / Honey / Black olive Roast: Our cacao beans are lightly to medium roasted to preserve the cacao’s full aromatic complexity. The goal is to achieve a fruity flavor profile.
