Les Canardises | Duck & Foie Gras with Cranberry & Orange

The 100% duck terrine is carefully prepared with premium ingredients. Cooked with duck breast and real pieces of duck foie gras, we added Nutra Fruit cranberries and orange zest. The result; added texture additions of texture and freshness to make it one of our most accessible terrines.

Directions and storage : Refrigerate for three hours before tasting. Serve cold or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Stores for 3–6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments : Our terrine is perfect to accompany your brunches. Spread on a good toasted bread or on cranberry crackers. It can be accompanied by some onion confit, jelly or fruit jam, fresh figs and pears.
