This product is kneaded only with extra virgin olive oil made from cold-pressed green olives.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied lemon peel 24% (lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), free-range fresh EGG yolk, extra virgin olive oil 8%, water, cane sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), milled candied orange peels 3% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, vanilla pods.

May contain traces of nuts, soy, milk and mustard.
