Strucà is one of the proud products of Pasticceria Filippi, a dessert that has managed to fully satisfy even the lovers of extra virgin olive oil. This product is kneaded only with extra virgin olive oil made from cold-pressed green olives.
In the laboratory we have indulged enriching them with different ingredients: here is the Strucà 100% Evo with black cherries. The fruit is strictly candied naturally in full respect of the characteristics of the fruit and the planet.
Naturally leavened baked confectionery with extra virgin olive oil 8%, chocolate and candied pears.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied pears 15% (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), free-range fresh egg yolk, chocolate drops 9% (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithins), water, extra virgin olive oil 8%, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milled candied orange peels 3% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods).
May contain traces of nuts, milk and mustard.
