This new Filippi creation combines the sweetness and slight acidity of wild strawberries with the delicate, deep and round aroma of milk chocolate; the latter is obtained from a blend of fine varieties of cocoa that create a perfect balance and a harmonious caramel taste.

At the base of the panettone with wild strawberries and milk chocolate there are always the same genuine ingredients that join all our leavened products: strength flour, mother yeast, eggs from free-range hens, cold-centrifuged butter, fresh milk and vanilla to scent.

Wild strawberries are a small sweet and slightly sour fruit belonging to the family of berries, which grows spontaneously in our country; combined in panettone with the melting and sweet and creamy taste of milk chocolate, it gave life to an irresistible gastronomic experience.
