Casa Santoña's scallops in "Viera" sauce come from the Galician estuaries, which gives them a soft and special flavor. They prepare them in a sauce that consists of a stir-fry very appreciated by all our customers.

The scallop,"Zamburiña", is a bivalve mollusk of the Pectinidae family. They live both free and on the coast, attached by byssus to stones, rocks, shell debris or large algae. It lives at depths of up to 100 meters.

Ingredients: Baby scallops 45% (shellfish), sunflower oil, onion, wine, tomato, rice, flower spices, and salt.
