As in the wise traditional recipe, our nougat, with almond, is wrapped in a soft wafer, which with its delicacy, enhances its flavour.

Ingredients: Sicilian almonds (55%), sugar, Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachio (5%) egg white, 2% host covering (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural vanilla flavour.
