Our sea salt caramel truffle recipe is a sweet liquid caramel with a hint of sea salt, all captured in a velvety milk chocolate shell. An explosion of silky smooth caramel. A truly divine and indulgent caramel experience.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate (70.1%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar confectionery (22.9%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk (skimmed milk, sugar), fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), salt, artificial caramel flavouring, emulsifier (mono- & di-glycerides of fatty acids)), icing sugar (cane sugar, anti-caking agent (tri-calcium phosphate)), sea salt (0.48%)
